Visions Fugitives, Op. 22 (Flute and Piano)

The eight pieces in this volume have been selected from the set of twenty which Prokofieff completed in 1917 for piano solo. They are predominantly lyrical in character, and every one is an example of Prokofieff's great gift for creating simple but astonishingly fresh and characterful music.
